So this company is just amazing, we have bought custom rings from them as well and the Zeus rings and I ordered the wrong size custom ring. They without hesitation exchanged it for a different ring and waived my up charge out of kindness. They’re customer service was so helpful and polite. Definitely recommend Groovelife. I recently purchased a groove belt and ring. The products arrived a day ahead of schedule. The belt was easy to adjust and works perfectly it’s very comfortable. I really enjoy the ring for my sporting activities I don’t have the worry of my metal wedding band.

I purchased a belt for my husband for Christmas! He loves it!! My 2 boys were like man we want one. So I purchased them one also. Just got them today. Super easy to order and fast shipping!! Great product and great selection to choose from!

I ordered my wife’s watch band from groovelife website. They had a buy two for $60 on their website. I ordered them and then added a coupon code. It brought my order down to $50. Just before Christmas I received one watchband with no explanation. I reached out to the company several times. I finally received an email that said I was not allowed to use a coupon code on my order. They said that’s why they only sent me one watchband. They said I was able to have the second watchband but then I would have to pay an additional fee for it. It’s not my fault that their IT department cannot build a website to block any promo codes being entered onto their website. I’ve been a business owner for almost 15 years. When somethings similar has happened to me I always honored the mistake that my company made and then went to my IT department and had it fixed.

Bought a ring as a Christmas gift on a Sunday. Monday the same ring went on Super sale. I reached out to Customer service and asked if the would refund me the difference. They did! They were awesome when they didn't have to be!

They are an amazing company and anytime you have any issues with the website they are more than happy to respond as well as quick to respond!

Excellent product and cusyomer service, if you jave any problem at all they will address the issue and get it solved for you. The rings hold up in extreme conditions working outside in construction year round and have never had any issue out of quality.
